About Opsnexus
We run the systems other people's products depend on.
Opsnexus started as a handful of engineers doing production operations for startups that couldn't yet hire their own. Word spread the way it does when things stop breaking. Today we design, migrate, and operate infrastructure for companies on four continents — still with the same rule: senior engineers on every account, no bait-and-switch after the sale.
Our mission is unglamorous on purpose: make infrastructure so reliable and so well documented that our clients stop thinking about it.

How we work
Five principles we don't negotiate on.
Seniors do the work
The engineers you meet in the sales process are the engineers on your account. We don't staff projects with juniors learning on your production systems.
Boring beats clever
We choose proven, well-documented technology over fashionable architecture. Your 3 a.m. incident is not the place for novelty.
You own everything
Code in your repos, docs in your wiki, accounts in your name. If we disappeared tomorrow, another team could pick up where we left off.
Written over verbal
Plans, status, decisions, and post-mortems are written down. Meetings are for deciding, documents are for remembering.
Business numbers first
We report in cost, uptime, and delivery speed — not story points. If a project doesn't move a number you care about, we'll say so before you spend.
From the founder
The people on your first call are the people on your last one.
No account managers relaying messages, no juniors learning on your production systems. When you engage Opsnexus, you work directly with senior engineers who stay with your account from kickoff to handover.
“We measure ourselves on whether our clients can stop thinking about their infrastructure. If they still are, we haven’t finished.”

Industries served
Deep in a few, fluent in many.
Regulated industries taught us discipline; startups taught us speed. Most of our work concentrates where reliability has a price tag.
