Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of opsnexus.agency (the “Site”), operated by Opsnexus. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. They cover the Site only — any paid engagement with Opsnexus is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
1. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and submit the contact form or newsletter signup for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting the contact form or any automated endpoint for spam or abuse, or accessing it by means other than the interface we provide.
2. Content and intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Opsnexus or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
3. No warranty
The Site, including case study results, figures, and statements about our services, is provided “as is” for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but don’t guarantee that every statement is current or error-free. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or guarantee of specific results for any future engagement — those terms are set out in a separate agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsnexus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any liability arising under a separate signed services agreement.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and uses third-party services (including Formspree, Resend, and Calendly) to operate features like the contact form and call booking. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; see our Privacy Policy for how they’re used.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
