Opsnexus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates opsnexus.agency. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it’s handled. It covers the website only — not the separate agreements that govern any paid engagement.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly:

• Contact form: name, work email, company, website, service of interest, estimated budget, timeline, and your message.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Call bookings: whatever you provide to Calendly when scheduling a strategy call.

We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don’t use cookies for tracking. We do use your browser’s local storage for small preferences — like remembering that you dismissed a banner or popup — which stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, and — if you opt in — send an occasional newsletter about infrastructure and engineering topics. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

3. Third-party services

Submitting the contact form or booking a call shares your information with the service that handles that function on our behalf:

• Formspree — receives and routes contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Resend — delivers the automated confirmation email after you submit the form.
• Calendly — handles call scheduling if you book through “Pick a time.”

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

4. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain the subscription, and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed unless we’re required to retain them longer for legal reasons.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email. To make a request, email sales@opsnexus.agency.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
